A man who poured two gallons of fuel on his neighbor's front door.

A man poured two gallons of fuel on his neighbor's front door as children slept inside, because he claimed he saw a ghost and wanted to kill it.

Cuong pham was spotted on a doorbell camera wandering around the front porch and banging on the door before he comes back with two gallons of fuel.

He is seen dumping the fuel allover the front door and porch,he then flicked a lighter at the liquid. Thankfully for the children inside, they all survived it.

Sources report the woman living there and her family were left shaken by the incident.

The woman told sources that pham told police that he saw a ghost and was trying to get rid of it. Pham also said he has no problem with the family and he he'd like to apologize.

 The police investigation continues.
